He is a versatile professional with background in Sports Management, Project Management, Marketing, Consulting, Training, Corporate Finance and Stockbroking. He has worked in the sports industry and capital market in the last 25 years. Currently, he is the Principal Consultant of Hybrid Sports Management Limited “Hybrid”.

He started his professional career in the sports industry as the Business Development Director of Optimal Sports Management International (Osmi). He took up the appointment after the completion of an Advance Master’s Degree in Sports Management (MSA) at the Prestigious International Academy of Sport Science and Technology (AISTS), Lausanne, Switzerland. At Osmi, he worked on several assignments involving strategic planning, budgeting, marketing, brand visibility and events management. He actually played a significant role in the successful marketing of the media rights and transmission of the 2006 World Cup in the Nigerian Territory. Presently, at Hybrid, he has worked on several projects as consultant with Private Organizations, the management of some National Sport Federations and the National Sports Commission (NSC).

In the financial sector, He started his working career with Capital Bancorp Ltd and later worked for the following stockbroking firms; Fountain Securities Limited, ESL Securities Ltd and Nigerian Stockbrokers Limited. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Ibadan and an MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, which prepared him sufficiently for a successful career in the finance industry. He is also a qualified Dealing member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. Having obtained diverse experience in Finance, Portfolio management and Investment Banking spanning over 18 years, he later embraced a career change to sports management out of strong passion to contribute to the development of the sport industry.

ADEBOWALE OLUWASEUN

He graduated from the University of Lagos with B.Sc in Mathematics and later obtained a Diploma in Sports Management from the National Institute for Sports (NIS), Lagos. Certificate in Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR)

He has worked for several organizations in different capacities as Executive Assistant to the Secretary of Dolphin Football Club of Port-Harcourt; Served as the Secretary to the Technical Committee when Ogun State hosted the National Sports Festival “Gateway Games in 2006; and was also involved in the formation, management and organization of sports events organized by Falilat Ogunkoya Sports Foundation an NGO for the development of sports in Nigeria.

At Hybrid, he was part of the management team that consulted for the organizations that won the bid to take-over the management of some Sports Federations in Nigeria under the PPP (Public Private Partnership) initiatives of the National Sports Commission (NSC).

ZUBI F. NWUKE

Zubi Nwuke Esq. started his Law career as a counsel in the law firm of Ajose Adeogun & Co after he graduated from the Nigerian Law School Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology and holds a Diploma in Public Policy Analysis. He also holds a degree in Business Management from the African Business School. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA). He has over 5 years of experience in legislative drafting and policy analysis and vast experience in Business Development and Administrative Management. His strong passion for sports led him to develop a career around sports.

Currently, he is the Head Legal and Admin of Hybrid Sports Management Limited. He is committed to building a formidable legal framework for the management of sports professionals in Africa and pioneering a well legal representation of sports professionals in every business agreement.
